A native of New Haven, Connecticut currently resides in Philadelphia,PA. Ariel is a current student of Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where she studies Fine arts in the post baccalaureate program. She received a B.S. in graphic design in 2016 at Southern Connecticut State University of New Haven,CT. In her work she expresses her adornment for people of color, the representation of people of color, social issues related to homelessness and poverty in urban areas.

The use of unwanted discarded pieces are a metaphor to the history of my people.
Creating beauty out of the material reimagines the history that holds a struggle and strength.
